HELPING YOU TURN GOOD INTENTIONS

into daily action

I help women who are done with the all-or-nothing trap finally follow through - without relying on willpower, white-knuckling, or waiting for motivation to magically appear.

My clients are self-aware, driven, and tired of feeling like they’re always falling behind. They set goals with the best intentions, but real life doesn’t leave much room for “perfect.”

Like my clients, you deserve a system that works with your life, not against it. Trusting yourself again is possible.

Meet The Founder

Amanda Etienne

I’m a recovering over-achiever who once believed a color-coded calendar could solve just about anything. I have strong opinions about the best pens, and a running list of candles I forget to light. My love languages? Someone else making the plans, Indian food, and reruns of Grey’s Anatomy.

Now, I coach women who are thoughtful, driven, and completely over the cycle of setting big goals only to slowly ghost them. The ones who keep trying to fix their inconsistency with more discipline, more routines, more podcasts - and still end up feeling behind.

I was the gold-star girl who kept it all together. Low-maintenance on the outside, constantly managing on the inside. Through my own work, I learned how to stop editing myself just to appear “fine” - and started building habits that actually fit my life.

In my work, I blend behavior science, systems that respect your actual capacity, and compassionate accountability - so you can follow through without giving up your ambition.

You don’t have to blow up your life to become someone who follows through. You just need the right structure, the right support, and a little bit of strategy.

My style is clear, compassionate, and always action-focused. No shame. No fluff. Just small, doable steps that add up to real momentum.
